It's my belief that people truly begin to heal the moment they feel heard and understood. A therapeutic relationship invites someone to walk beside you and help ease the weight of life's burdens. Within this relationship, you have the freedom to safely express your feelings, thoughts, experiences, life stresses, and desires. Over time, as the therapy deepens, I find the relationship grows and individuals begin to truly feel heard, find relief from emotional distress, improve personal relationships, develop insight into observed patterns and symptoms, and address concerns that initially brought them to see me.
