Rachel Duncan, MD, is a board-certified internal medicine physician who sees patients 18 years and older. She provides general medical care, including vaccinations, yearly physicals, well-woman exams and preoperative risk assessments before an elective surgery. Conditions she treats include acute illnesses such as colds, flu, urinary tract infections and the management of chronic conditions, including high blood pressure, diabetes, high cholesterol and obesity. Dr. Duncan is passionate about patient advocacy and women’s health. She provides care focused on the individual, treating them with respect. This practice is part of BJC Medical Group of Missouri.

Jeremy DeFoe, DO, is a board-certified family medicine physician who provides care for adult patients. 'I enjoy caring for patients throughout their lifetime and developing long-term relationships with them,' Dr. DeFoe says. 'With my background as an active-duty physician in the U.S. army, I developed a strong interest in preventative care and have extensive experience with musculoskeletal injuries.' Outside of his practice, he enjoys weightlifting, hiking and spending time with his two dogs. Dr. DeFoe is a member of BJC Medical Group, a well-established, multi-specialty physician group.
