John Kenneth Ngochua Lee, MD

Dr Brett W Sperry is a cardiologist at Saint Luke's Mid America Heart Institute with a subspecialty in Advanced Heart Failure, Transplantation, and Mechanical Circulatory Support. He is an Associate Professor of Medicine at the University of Missouri-Kansas City. Dr Sperry was born in Connecticut and completed an undergraduate degree in Economics followed by medical school and Internal Medicine residency at Georgetown University in Washington, DC. He completed fellowship training in both Cardiovascular Medicine and Advanced Heart Failure and Transplantation at the Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, Ohio.

Bethany Austin, MD is a board certified cardiologist with Saint Luke's Cardiovascular Consultants and is on staff primarily at Saint Luke's Mid America Heart Institute in Kansas City, Missouri. She subspecializes in Heart Failure, Cardiac Transplantation, and Mechanical Circulatory Support. She is a Medical Director of the Heart Failure Program and Chair of the Cardiovascular Evidence-Based Practice Team, as well as an Associate Professor of Medicine at the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Medicine.

Suzanne Arnold, MD, is a board-certified and fellowship trained cardiologist with Saint Luke's Cardiovascular Consultants. She is actively involved in multiple research projects studying the outcomes of patients with valvular heart disease, patients with chronic coronary disease, and patients with heart disease and concomitant diabetes. Her clinical interests include valvular heart disease, geriatric cardiology and quality of life. Dr Arnold was born in Ohio and attended undergraduate school and medical school at Ohio State University in Columbus. Dr Arnold completed a residency in internal medicine and a fellowship in cardiovascular diseases at Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri.
