Called asking about services and acted as if I was a nuisance. Refused to give me a quote on costs and refused to have a phone consult. Then refused to tell me if a consultation would cost money...

He sucks! Go to H&R Block. He is not helpful at all. When you ask any questions he always seems irritated.
