Very nice guy. He does excellent work and it's quick. Very safe. It was raining when he showed up. It didn't slow him down at all. His rate is fair.

I had a breakdown in Eldon with a Dot Foods company truck. Volvo sent Jim to the rescue and I was back up and rolling in about an hour. Much appreciated Jim.
