There was a long blonde hair in my wrap. I wrote jimmy John's corporate and they passed it on to the owner. The owner did not respond.

The advertised hours for this location are 10 am - 5 pm. It is NEVER open until 5, usually closing somewhere around 2 or 3, and it rarely opens on time. DO BETTER, your customer service SUCKS

I wish this location would just close already. Its hours are crazy. They close at 5:00 which is a drag if you want dinner. But they're rarely even open until then. They seem to close whenever they...
