History

The owner Tran is from Siagon, Vietnam. When Tran came to the states he moved his family to Atlanta, GA where he owned a successful Restaurant and Bar. When he decided to move to Jefferson City, MO he then opened a very successful nail salon called, Nail 1st that is still in business. Tran then wanted to get back into his passion of cooking and decided to open Jefferson City's very first Vietnamese Cafe. I enjoy the pho and my wife enjoys the fried noodle dishes. I think it is odd they don't serve tap water to drink; instead, you must pay for bottled water.
