I am so happy to see such a beautiful, state-of-the-art showroom in St. Louis. I have been to similar places in San Francisco and Chicago, but now we have a great selection (and great atmosphere)...

They DO have beautiful things in a lovely showroom!! (At top prices.) Service in store was very good BUT they agreed to oversee the re-plating of my toilet's flushing lever and COMPLETELY dropped...

Terrible service. Arrogant employees. Outdated services. Pretending the industry is the same as 50 years ago. I would recommend using any other Plumbing/ Kitchen & Bath Supplier in town.
