I have been trying to get in contact with someone for MONTHS. I had an amended tax done by H&R block back in APRIL, they were supposed to have faxed the paperwork to the IRS. I waited the 16 weeks...

We had just 1 W-2 to file this year. Aside from the person who prepared our taxes was not friendly we were charged $527!!! It is ridiculous! We absolutely do not recommend H & R Block.

Even being exposed on the website doesn't phase them.They are horrid and have the worst staff I've ever encountered in life.Multiple employees not returning calls for weeks after 5 to 10 messages...
