OUR KEARNEY, MISSOURI STORY Oak Pointe was created with the sole purpose of providing elders and families in smaller Missouri markets with a new, compelling option for seniors housing. Our experienced Missouri-based owner-operator team recognized that new options were expanding in larger cities in the state and the Midwest, leaving elders and families in smaller cities with few choices. This commitment to Missouri elders and families officially launched in 2015, and led to the creation of thriving new senior living communities in Maryville, Kearney, Carthage, Neosho, Monett, and Rolla. Our newest Oak Pointe community will open in Washington, MO in 2020. "Each Oak Pointe location has a strong connection to its local community. Ridgeview Village II is an independent living community located in Olathe, KS, offering affordable housing options for seniors aged 62 and older with lower incomes. With 107 well-maintained, one-bedroom apartments designed for aging in place, the community provides a home-like environment with amenities such as common spaces for resident and family gatherings. The campus is conveniently situated near shopping and other amenities, and offers ADA compliant units for individuals with audio visual or mobility disabilities. Managed by a friendly and caring staff, Ridgeview Village II aims to enhance the well-being of its residents by providing low-lip entry showers with grab bars, taller toilets with grab bars, and call light emergency systems.
