This was probably my worst experience at a Holiday Inn. Now, this isn't a reflection of the workers, but on management. I selected this hotel because of the convenience of the restaurant and bar....

Staying here has been a challenge. Here for an event, got in town early hoping my stay was as good as KC Holiday Inn. NOT, desk staff seems not to care. Not much of a greeting. Got to the room....
