i rang the bell five times this morning to get my fabric cut and no one showed. As I was walking out, I saw three employees just standing around chatting. Definately missing Joann Fabrics.

There was broken glass in multiple isles, the floor associates almost hit me with a 20 foot ladder & and seemed annoyed if I was coming close. They didn't interact, they just grabbed the ladder...

Although I love hobby lobby and find really great stuff there, they have some of the worst customer service ever. Employees will literally look down or walk away if you are walking towards them....
