Hillsboro Fire Protection District Station 2
Hillsboro Fire Protection District is an all-hazards emergency response agency serving the City of Hillsboro and surrounding areas since 1949. With two engine houses, Station One and Station Two, the district is equipped with a range of apparatus including pumpers, tankers, and brush trucks to effectively respond to emergencies 24/7, 365 days a year.
Station One, established in the 70's and expanded in the 90's, houses Pumper 6514, Tanker 6513, Brush Truck 6518, and Utility Truck 6519. It also serves as the administrative hub for the Fire Chief, Fire Marshal, and Deputy Chief, as well as a meeting facility for trainings and board meetings. Station Two, built in 2004 and dedicated in 2005, is home to Pumper 6524, Tanker 6523, and Brush Truck 6528, and is staffed around the clock to ensure prompt emergency response.
