I had never had a pig processed which I explained to the lady on the phone. She walked me through everything and I told her we really wanted brats and that was a big reason we were getting this...

Used them to process my deer. They are very affordable and it was a quick turnaround (3 days). The staff was pleasant and easy to work with. I will definitely use them in the future.
