They charged my friend $210 to tow her car to my house. College and Scenic to 3000 block on West Chestnut Street. Not even 2 miles. That's taking advantage of people.

$100 drop fee is ridiculous. They didn't even have my car on the truck yet. there was no signage stating I was in a no parking spot. All that kid had to do was unhook it. no empathy.
