Once considered America’s western frontier, this land was first charted by Lewis and Clark. Three historic properties anchor The Inns at St. Albans. Old Barn Inn was originally built as a barn in 1840. Today it operates as an intimate indoor dining and outdoor event venue. The Studio Inn was built by renowned architect, Theodore Link, the designer of St. Louis Union Station. In the early 1900s, the palatial estate served as the summer home of Irene Walter Johnson, wife of Oscar Johnson, co-founder of the International Shoe Company. Guests can now indulge in luxurious stays and grand open-air celebrations at the mansion.
