Elevators are constantly broken, don't rent an apartment above the 3rd floor or you'll find yourself walking up 17 flights of stairs like I did after a night out.

One of the worst apartment buildings I have ever lived in. Both elevators are constantly broken. Averaging about a week per month. So I have to carry my groceries up 17 flights of stairs....
