TNC Community, formerly known as the Harry S. Truman Children's Neurological Center, is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing support and care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in the Kansas City area of Missouri. With a rich history dating back to 1949, TNC Community offers residential supported living and respite care services, as well as personal support attendant resources to promote independence and community involvement for individuals with disabilities.

Led by an executive director CEO and a volunteer board of directors, TNC Community has a strong commitment to equity and inclusion, striving to inspire lives of dignity, belonging, and joy for individuals with disabilities. The organization has received the highest level of accreditation from the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) and is actively involved in the Missouri Association of Rehabilitation Facilities (MARF).
