These people really hate their job, and they hate having to deal with customers. The cookies are great. Employee #1 grunts after making eye contact, which I took as a sign to place the order....

Associate with the red braids became extremely rude because I described and pointed to the cookie versus saying the name. If you don't like your job, please don't take it out on the customers.
