I got my food but my mom never got her sundae they completely forgot about it I hope they keep track of their orders better she did get it but we were late to our movie

Waited in line for 40 minutes. Rude service, employee didn't even look at me when handing me my food. Order was wrong. Location just opened three weeks ago. Can't believe service is this bad already.
