Opened in 2007 as a fitness center for ladies only. Expanded into wellness offering alternative and holistic medicine in 2013. Closed my studio in 2015 and began focusing on sales of The Vibe Trainer Pro.

Flex is the best place in St. Louis for ladies to get fit. They are independently owned and the owner is so great with all of the clients. They have so many options and they are so affordable....
