Packages are always delayed. I have a package just sitting at the facility right now and they will not deliver it for some reason. When I check for updates online it says at facility, delayed....

Terrible service, the man rang my doorbell and ran, i couldn't get to the door in time because I just had surgery. Fedex is awful and their customer service is evident of that!

Your customer service is severely lacking. Talk to 2 supervisors and 2 others and end result not getting my package delivered. No way to call the store personally or email the company. Terrible is...
