Yea it's fed ex. Maybe so but the customer service was excellent. I went in on a Monday right after lunch and was helped immediately. 2 oversized copies. One was 16x22 and the other was 11x16....

Tried to drop off package at 3:00 on a Saturday, the ONE employee was just leaving for lunch and said he'd be back in 30 minutes and didn't take my package. Not his fault, Fed Ex obviously...

Took great care of my shipping needs. Friendly staff. Only negative is it is inside a Walmart. Could make it more convenient if you are a Walmart shopper, I do not choose to shop at Walmart.
