Emily Monje, MS, RDN, LD

Emily Monje, MS, RDN, LD, obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from Missouri State University. She continued her education at Illinois State University, where she received her Master of Science degree in Dietetics and completed her dietetic internship. She is also a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. Emily is passionate about helping others improve their overall health with nutrition and firmly believes that all foods can fit into a balanced diet. She is committed to assisting individuals with various health concerns to help each client confidently reach their personal nutrition goals.
