I was a customer and they did a great job. The problem was the lady who answers the phone is a wench. She couldn't comprehend how to schedule and how to set appointments. She lost my business...

I absolutely recommend elite pool to everybody. The staff and there is extremely nice and friendly. They opened my swimming pool on Wednesday and we were swimming in it Friday.

Not happy at all how they handled a family members pool. There was damage done and they claimed it was vandalism instead of owning up to their mistakes.
