Elisabeth J Babb, MD

Jenna Nephew, NP, is a board-certified internal medicine nurse practitioner who sees patients 13 years and older. Jenna provides preventative care, such as annual wellness exams, vaccinations, health screenings, department of transportation physicals and manages acute and chronic illnesses. She treats a wide range of conditions, including asthma, diabetes, hyperlipidemia (high cholesterol), minor injuries, thyroid disorders, cold and flu symptoms and sprains and strains. Jenna’s patients receive dedicated and compassionate care. She enjoys getting to know her patients and building relationships to offer individualized treatment plans that assist them in achieving their health care goals.

Piyush Srivastava, MD, is a board-eligible pediatrician, specializing in comprehensive children’s health care. He received his medical degree from the Himalayan Institute of Medical Sciences in India. He then went on to complete his internship and residency at Monmouth Medical Center in New Jersey. Dr. Srivastava is passionate about providing the very best medical care for children. He offers well-child and well-baby checkups, as recommended by the American Academy of Pediatrics. These physical exams cover all of the developmental milestones and Dr. Srivastava takes care to make sure that his patients are growing up healthy. He also provides immunizations, sick visits, school and sports physicals, consultation for behavioral problems, and more. Parents can also rely on Dr. Srivastava as an advisor and ally in raising a healthy child. He is available for questions, emergency advice, sub-specialty referrals, and more.

John Cooper, MD, is a board-certified obstetrics and gynecology physician. Dr. Cooper provides comprehensive general obstetrics and gynecology care, including routine gynecological exams, contraceptive counseling, evaluation and treatment of endometriosis, infertility, and polycystic ovarian syndrome, management of low and high-risk pregnancies, urogynecology, hormone replacement therapy and vaccines. Dr. Cooper values patient autonomy and uses evidence-based medicine to provide the best care. He went into obstetrics and gynecology to have the opportunity to impact his patients in all stages through preventative medicine, in-office procedures, surgery, emergency care and labor and delivery.
