Eclipse Restaurant at the Moonrise Hotel is an upscale-casual dining restaurant in the heart of the Delmar Loop. Specializing in locally sourced ingredients with elevated American classic dishes with a twist. Executive Chef Heather Roberts, a native of Kentucky, showcases her signature dish, Bourbon Glazed Salmon which proudly features a female-owned Bourbon maker from Saint Louis. Prior to join us, Roberts was the Executive Sous Chef with a large experience-driven resort in south Florida. The award-winning cocktail program is full of inventive, hand-crafted drinks, and a galaxy of wine and beer selections, no other restaurant in St. Louis offers an out-of-this-world experience quite like Eclipse.
