Their "donuts" are horrible now. No wonder they dropped the word from their name. A long time ago, they were my "go-to" donut shop. Now, every mom-and-pop donut shop in town is MUCH better.

My wife and I recently visited the Dunkin on Glenstone in Springfield Missouri. We ordered a black iced coffee with no ice and received a cup of coffee that was filled maybe 5/8ths of the way up....

Zero stars. They refused to sell us iced decalf coffee. Said they don't have it. Went to the other location and they did.
