Stopped in for a coffee and donut. Coffee was good! Donut (long john) was smaller than others and icing was skimpy but oh well. The lobby was clean and not busy and the clerk was friendly enough....

Honestly? Didn't have an issue. No one in the drive thru ahead of me. My mobile order went thru. And the drink was amazing! Plus the barista handed it to me with both hands like I was a queen....

I ordered a sausage egg and cheese on a plain bagel and received a bacon egg and cheese on what I assume is whole wheat. They also lost my drink and took a few extra minutes to get me my order....

Can't get black coffee AKA no cream or sugar. Ordered black hazelnut coffee and its full of creamer. They have done this multiple times. Never again do like paying for coffee I can't drink

Lines inside or out can be jammed-especially when school is in session. Service is always friendly and fast. No complaints...it's DUNKIN'!!
