The Kansas State School for the Blind provides educational programs to students who are visually impaired. The school is accredited by the Kansas State Board of Education, and is located in Kansas City, Kan. The school s staff includes orientation and mobility specialists, rehabilitation teachers, social workers, nurses, dietary specialists, psychologists, low-vision optometrists, Braille transcribers; and speech, music, activity, occupational and physical therapists.
