Employees that know how to at the very least write on a cake that doesn't look like a child wrote it. The bakery needs to train people to decorate a cakes. Will never order a cake there again....

Sometimes they can be a bit pretentious but for quality and service, their excellent sometimes they are higher than average in prices but the stores are very clean and well staffed
