The owner Dianne was rude and dismissive. The store is cluttered and overpriced. PS-their Kendra Scott selection is outdated. They are selling last year's styles at their full/original price...

Probably the rudest owner we have ever encountered. Isn't about the customers and has his head in the clouds on products.
