Rob and our General Manager, Jim Hunt, have a combined 80 years of experience in revising, design, building, machining, and repairing stamping dies and different kinds of tooling. We pride ourselves on our ability to do quality work, meet quick deliveries, and provide our customers with the service they need and deserve. Precision Cutter and Tool is able to offer the ultimate in accuracy of design, quality, delivery and aerospace machining. Precision Cutter & Tool has a Quality Management System and is both ISO 9001: 2000 & AS9100B certified. We are listed on the "IAQG-OASIS" database ( #6128030040 ) Precision Cutter & Tool has a team consisting of 25 people who are trained in all aspects of tool and die, CNC programming & machining ( including hard milling and high speed machining ), CMM inspection, reverse engineering production, Wire EDM, and heat treating. This broad base of knowledge allows us to handle a considerable volume of work and remain competitive in both price and delivery. Presently our rapidly growing company has a facility that is approximately 20, 000 square feet with state of the art machines, that allows us to take on many diverse projects and maintain our performance, quality and delivery. Our facility is located in Lebanon, Missouri, a small town that is rapidly growing in both industry and in size. We are located about 1 hour northeast of Springfield, Missouri and 2-1/2 hours southwest of St. Louis, Missouri on Interstate 44. Our location gives us easy access to quick transportation of supplies and product, which allows us lower overhead to keep us extremely competitive in both price and delivery.
