Well then...Welcome to Desperation ChurchWe currently offer 3 service times: Saturday evening service at 6: 00 p.m. & Sunday morning services at 9: 00 a.m. & 11: 00 a.m. All 3 services are as identical as possible. The only exception to this is our D.C.W.O.W. weekends, which happen at 9: 00 a.m. on Sunday only ( typically the fourth weekend of the month )We're a band of people who are by no means perfect but are striving to genuinely know the Perfect One -- Jesus Christ. We want to be radical for Him in every aspect of our lives. If you're searching for something authentic, a community of passionate believers who want to be radically different than the crumbling world around them, Desperation Church may be for you.In a day when 'church-hopping' is commonplace let me sincerely say ( without wanting to offend anyone ) that if you are coming from another church in the area you should think twice before visiting Desperation Church. We are most likely not like what you are used to. They might be more of what you are looking for.Desperation Church is not the latest 'fad'. We are not a cult. We are not, as the new cliche goes: "a church for those who don't like church". We absolutely love church - when it is 'real'. We think that the 'church' is made up of people searching for and running after God. We aren't trying to discourage you from coming here. We just want you to know what you're getting into.Our sincere desire is to welcome people into a dynamic Christian community where they can connect - with God, with one another and have opportunities to make a difference in our changing world.
