Continuous training and expansion of therapeutic natural healing skills for twenty years. Clinical work, on-site corporate work, yoga teacher and Owner of The Studio of Healing Arts. Certified sports massage therapist 1996. Worked with the British Olympic Team, 1996. Hospice massage therapist for six years. Practiced out of three different chiropractic offices.

Specialties

I specialize in yoga and massage therapies. I have been involved as a therapeutic body worker for twenty years. I specialize in pain reduction and improved function utilizing bodywork on the massage table and yoga and movement therapy on the yoga mat. Specialties include: Viniyoga, baths yoga, active isolated stretching, hatha yoga, yin yoga, Orth-bionomy, myo-fascial release, sports massage, Reiki, chakra balancing, EFT, and breath work. I am a licensed massage therapist with over 1500 hours of training and a certified yoga instructor with an additional 150 hours of additional training in therapeutic yoga. I love my work!
