Country Caboose

History

From 1989 to 2009, the Country Caboose was a retail gift store. When we opened, we said we would do twenty years in retail and we stuck with our plan! After closing the retail portion of the store, the museum remained in the passenger car and the caboose became storage. Then, one day we were out driving around and passed a wedding chapel in a storage barn! We looked at each other and said THAT is what we can do with the Caboose! And, that, as they say, is the rest of the story! Our first wedding was held in the Caboose in April 2015 with our official grand opening in June 2015.
