Scott Hayles, APRN, is a board-certified nurse practitioner with Saint Luke's Primary Care. Scott is passionate about primary care and helping members of his community live their best lives. His clinical interests include preventive medicine, chronic disease management, and healthy lifestyle promotion. Scott grew up in North Kansas City and has worked in health care since 2004.

Jennifer Connelly, FNP, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner with Saint Luke's Primary Care. Jennifer is passionate about finding the root cause of a health concern and likes to promote healthy lifestyle changes that can impact mind, body, and spirit. Her clinical interests include geriatric medicine, hypertension management, chronic illnesses, and wellness visits. Previously, Jennifer worked in the intensive care unit as a registered nurse. When she is not caring for patients, Jennifer enjoys spending time with family, her faith group, and her friends.
