Common Cents

Common Cents New York Inc. is a nonprofit educational organization, which specializes in creating and managing service-learning programs for young people. It is the creator of the Penny Harvest, which nurtures a new generation of caring and capable young people between the ages of four and 14 and offers philanthropy and service-learning. Common Cents and Penny Harvest are the trademarks of Common Cents New York Inc. Common Cents programs include the student community action fund, high school leadership council and near peer mentoring program. It partners with organizations across the country to bring the Penny Harvest to students in New York, Colorado, Florida, Ohio, Seattle, WA, as well as other individual schools.
