Having been bringing my kids here for years, all the staff is always kind & overall get us in & out fairly quick. The urgent care has saved us ER visits many times. Grateful.

No sense of urgency when dealing with patients. Only some doctors are actually listening when you or your child is talking.

They claim they have an Allergy Dept but they don't have a board certified allergist. I took my 2 yr old there due to eczema. They drew blood - standard process. Lab came back with results. The...

Typical. Appointment at 3:30. Still waiting at 4:30. It never ceases to amaze why medical people can't run on time. I wish they had to be as efficient as other types of businesses.
