History

Cobalt Construction was formed by Managing Members, C. Mark Doolittle and Rich Ramponi in 1997 after many years of working together on joint venture projects. Cobalt Construction Company, LLC is a registered corporation in good standing with the state of Missouri. Previous to Cobalt Construction, Mark Doolittle was the President and owner of Globe Construction. Mark has worked in the construction industry since graduating from college in 1977. Rich Ramponi came to Kansas City in 1979 and started Ramponi Construction, specializing in commercial renovation, multi-family and restaurant construction.

Specialties

We are a diverse commercial GC specializing in apartments, hotels/motels, office buildings and restaurants. In addition to new construction, we have completed many tenant finish projects and provided development and construction consulting services.
