Crystal Pipkens, AGNP-C, is a certified nurse practitioner specializing in cardiovascular disease. Before joining BJC, Crystal was an adult cardiology and gerontology nurse practitioner for eight years. She diagnosed and treated inpatients and outpatients with cardiology disorders while collaborating with cardiologists and multiple care teams. Crystal sees patients aged 18 and above for cardiovascular conditions, including arrhythmias, heart disease, high cholesterol, hypertension, heart failure, atrial fibrillation, cardiomyopathy, and other general cardiovascular conditions. This practice is part of BJC Medical Group of Missouri.

Rachel Smith, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner with special interest in women’s health. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in nursing from Murray State University and her Master of Science degree in nursing from Maryville University. She is a member of the Nurse Practitioners in Women's Health and the American Nurses Credentialing Center.
