Christian McNeely, MD

Sarah Whittaker, MD, is board certified in family medicine. She attended medical school at St. George’s University School of Medicine in Grenada, and completed her family medicine residency at the State University of New York at Buffalo. Before joining SSM Health Medical Group, Dr. Whittaker practiced family medicine at Northtowns Medical Group, PC, in Buffalo, New York, where she assessed and treated both acute and chronic conditions. She has also worked in an urgent care setting. Her medical interests include women’s health, mental health, and diabetes. She is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and cares for patients ages 12 and up. During college, she swam competitively. She currently enjoys running and traveling.

Dr. Cuellar is board certified in general practice. Originally from Oklahoma, Dr. Cuellar attended Oklahoma State University and earned his medical degree at the University of Oklahoma in Oklahoma City. He completed a residency at Methodist Hospitals in Dallas. Dr. Cuellar has been practicing family medicine in Wentzville since 1995.

Dr. Montgomery is board certified in family medicine. He completed his residency at Cox Health Systems in Springfield, Missouri, after earning his medical degree at the University of Missouri—Columbia. Dr. Montgomery has been in practice in the Wentzville/Lake Saint Louis area since 1995; he has been with SSM Health since 2008. Dr. Montgomery has a special interest in health maintenance, weight loss, and tobacco cessation.
