Been a client for abt 20 yrs., and wouldn't go anywhere else! Staff is knowledgeable & always friendly, and as someone who is on a fixed income, I find their pricing of services very reasonable....

Rude and Unprofessional, especially the receptionists!! They never answer their phone nor return calls for important issues such as lab results(that could mean life or death fur your fur baby!)...

They were so attentive to Gus he is my handsome fur love Labrador Retriever... I started going to lees Summit animal clinic and had the worst experience... they would not respond to phone calls,...

Since they are under new ownership/management, service has tanked. I've seen them hang up on callers because they're too busy. I haven't seen any of the vets or staff that used to take such good...
