Not sure if it was a scheduling issue, or a manpower issue, but Chili's on Conley was way understaffed for a Sunday evening. Over an hour wait, with six empty tables in view of the front door....

The food is really good, Iv ordered pretty much everything over the years and Iv never had anything I didn't like. Hot, fresh food!
