Not one to complain about service- but this store is such a disappointment when it comes to customer service. My mom has been a customer at Chicos for multiple years, and EVERY time we stop by...

Service is lacking terribly, went to purchase a large gift card but they couldn't help because there were about to close at 7pm on a Saturday! Sales associates are somewhat snobs...really you...
