I have to call at least 3 times a month and complain about their internet n t.v. service . I always say yr team needs to go to our community n do upgrades bc the whole community complains ........

Horrible. Internet was always going intermittent cutting in and out. They had to send techs out to my house 5 different times. Always showed up hours late and took hours to do whatever they did....
