Chandra Wiewel, MD

Dr. Hoffmann is board certified in family medicine. His special medical interests include sports medicine, preventive medicine, hypertension, and diabetes. Dr. Hoffmann has been awarded recognition from the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) Diabetes Physician Recognition Program for meeting national standards for diabetes care. Dr. Hoffman uses telehealth services to conduct video office visits with current, established patients for: upper respiratory infection, sore throat, cough, seasonal allergies, skin rashes or lesions, mouth and cold sores, flu symptoms, conjunctivitis, UTI, gout, yeast infection and travel medication. Telehealth appointments can be scheduled online through MyChart.

Matt Sotheran, PA-C, MPAS, is a board-certified physician assistant who works with Dr. Richard Helfrey, a general orthopedic surgeon and foot and ankle specialist at SSM Health St. Joseph Hospital – Lake St. Louis and clinic sites in Wentzville and on Kisker Road in St. Charles. He assists in surgery and sees patients in clinic.

Muyibat Adelani, MD, is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon with specialty training in adult joint reconstruction. She has clinical and research interests in hip and knee replacement. Dr. Adelani received her medical degree from Vanderbilt University School of Medicine in Nashville, Tennessee. She completed a residency in orthopedic surgery at Washington University in St. Louis, and then a fellowship program at Stanford University in Palo Alto, California, with subspecialty training in hip and knee replacement. Dr. Adelani has been active in orthopedic surgery research and writing, teaching, and committee work for improving the care of orthopedic patients.
