Tried to upgrade service and they disconnected me instead. Took 5 days to get internet service back then they tried to charge me a connection setup fee. Had to spend over 10 hours over the 5 days...

Centurylink needs to fire their president. They are consistently a no show when you have an appointment with them to install a new modem that they have already charged me for!!! They NEVER show...
