Best selection of cut meats in St. Charles County! Always a pleasure talking with the staff there! And their in-house seasoning is great! Definitely recommend!

When they have sausages and are stocked they are great, to bad it's only about a third of the times I visit. Never have this issue with New Melle Smokehouse or Manninos. Pretty much done with trying.

Stopped into C Rallo the past Sunday and grabbed some of their andouille and salsiccia. The butcher was very friendly and provided helpful advice. They have a variety of cuts of fresh meat ready...

Stopped in after we ate breakfast next door. Great service and selection. Prices are reasonable for meat and have sauces, cheeses, and even smoking pellets.
