The Community Resource Council (CRC) is a non-profit organization based in Poplar Bluff, MO, dedicated to improving the lives of children and families in Southeast Missouri. As one of twenty Community Partnerships across the state, the CRC brings together social service providers, businesses, agencies, organizations, churches, and the educational system to promote coordination and cooperation in addressing the needs of the community.
